The Piedmont Region, in collaboration with its subsidiary 5T, presents "MaaS Piemonte": an innovative experimental project that integrates public and private mobility services into a ‘Super App’. This is Mobility as a Service (MaaS), a new approach to mobility that brings together different transport solutions, accessible via a single digital platform.
Funded by the national programme "MaaS for Italy" as part of the PNRR, the project aims to make travel easier, more flexible and more sustainable for all Piedmont citizens and tourists.
"MaaS Piemonte" aims to revolutionise mobility by integrating modes of transport such as trains, buses and car sharing into a single ‘Super App’. The goal? To facilitate daily travel, reduce private car use and promote more environmentally friendly transport solutions, cutting down on polluting emissions.
